Unfortunately, my cats are complete disinterested in these. They are just a bit too large for my kitten to want to bother with them, and my larger cat (lazy, I suppose) refuses to play with them as well. They're a bit too big to roll well, even though they're not actually all that heavy. I suspect my cats have a preference for small, light items (and little interest in catnip). If this matches your cats, maybe buy another toy.
